Description

Spoilage organism detection is highly dependant on the food product in question. Some spoilage indicator tests can include (but are not limited to): Aerobic Plate Count, Yeast & Mold, Lactic Acid Bacteria, Aerobic Sporeformers, Anaerobic Sporeformers, Thermophilic Sporeformers.

50g minimum sample is recommended. Environmental surface samples can also be analyzed.

Sample retention time – 30 days, unless highly perishable
