a) To get the best printing results for the Chain of Custody form, please verify that the print margin settings (in inches) for your browser are:
  Left: 0.75 Right:    0.75  
  Top: 0.75 Bottom: 0.75  
Please note that these are the Microsoft defaults.
b) Also verify that the text size is set to Medium. To change text size:
   Select View...Text Size...Medium from the Microsoft Internet Explorer menu.
c) To prevent the URL address from being printed on the Chain of Custody form, delete the "&u" value from the 'Footer' settings in the 'Page Setup' options.
d) To change 'Page Setup' options:
   Select File...Page Setup... from the Microsoft Internet Explorer menu.

NetScape
a) To get the best printing results, please verify that the font settings for your browser are:
      Proportional: Serif - 15
      Serif: Times New Roman
b) To change the font settings:
      Choose Preferences from the Netscape Edit Menu.
      Double-Click on 'Appearances' to display its sub-categories.
      Click on the sub-category 'Fonts' and change the values to the recommended settings
