Case Study: Bone in soup

While eating a can of chili a woman found a small fragment of material.  It was submitted for analysis by Scanning Electron Microscopy at which time it was determined to be a bone fragment. In the picture at right can be seen the vessels that carry blood through the bone.  The fragment was later identified as bovine.
